Cancellations & Refund Policy

To initiate exchange or return of a payment made on our website, please contact Customer Service by phone at +91-9760017985 or by email at info@thinktankent.in.

Our teams will examine the payment made to verifythe reason for cancellation. We will issue a refund within 7 calendar days of the payment date.

All payment refunds need to happen within 24 hours of payments made. Any transation related charges need to be borne by the customer.

Please note refund will not be done if payment is made on befalf of a third party.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you request a refund, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Refund requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the THINKTANK Team.

No cash refunds are permitted.

The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.

Our products are liable for GST in India and the MRP is inclusive of GST.
